Description:
Measuring range: automatic detection of PNP and NPN bipolar transistors, N and P channel MOSFETs, JFET field effect tubes, diodes, double diodes, SCRs, resistance, capacitance, and inductance.
Features:
1. One-key measurement operation, power off automatically after delay. The shutdown current is only 20nA, which supports battery operation.
2. Automatic detection of PNP and NPN bipolar transistors, N, P channel MOSFETs, JFET field effect transistors, diodes, double diodes, SCRs, resistors, capacitors, and inductors. Automatically detect pin definitions.
3. Measure the current amplification factor (B) of the bipolar transistor and the conduction voltage (Uf) of the emitter junction. Darlington transistors can be identified by high threshold voltage and high current amplification factor.
4. The protection diodes inside bipolar transistors and MOSFETs can be detected and displayed on the screen.
5. Measure the threshold voltage and gate capacitance of the MOSFET.
6. Support the measurement of two resistances, and the potentiometer can also be measured. If the potentiometer is adjusted to one end of it, the tester cannot distinguish the pins in the middle and both ends.
7. The resolution of resistance measurement is 0.1 ohm, and the highest measurement value is 50M ohm.
8. The capacitance measurement range is from 25pf to 100mF (100,000 UF). The resolution can reach 1 pF, the inductance measurement range is 0.01MH-20H, and it will be displayed as resistance if it is lower than 0.01MH.
9. It can detect the equivalent series resistance (ESR) of capacitors above 2UF with a resolution of 0.01 ohm. This function is very important for detecting capacitance performance.
10. It can display the symbol of the correct direction for two diodes and display the forward voltage drop at the same time.
11. The LED is detected as a diode, and the forward voltage drop is higher than normal. The double LED is detected as a double diode. The light-emitting diode will flash during detection.
