日常手表的维护及手表知识：

一、请不要将手表和有磁性的物体互相接近；

二、如有进水现象（有空气）应立即送维修点清洗，以免机芯锈蚀；

三、若表背附有保护薄片或贴有标贴时，请在使用前将它们揭下，否则汗水将会渗入护底纸内，导致表背生锈；

四、请勿将手表接触各种溶剂和各类化学药品，否则表壳表带等会因受到侵蚀而变色、锈蚀；

五、手表（仅限于石英表）在常温5°C～35°C的范围内可稳定准确运行，温度超过50°C会导致电池漏电或缩短

电池寿命。请勿将表长时间放在低温-10°C环境内，因为冷气会导致时间走慢或走快，当手表返回常温，运行回复正常；

六、手表根据防水性能上可分为潜水表、防水表和不防水表。手表防水是依靠表玻璃、后盖、表把等处的防水胶圈达到相应标准，划分成不同级的：

(1)防汗（SWEAT-RESISTANT）：很通俗易懂，仅仅防止汗水跑到表里面；

(2)一般性防水（WATER-RESISTANT）：就是偶尔碰到水没关系，例如你给花浇水不小心喷到自己手上了，不用紧张摘下来擦干净就没问题了，总之，是防止生活中偶然的小水花；

(3)30米防水（30M、3ATM、3BAR）：手表上有"30M"字样的表，这就是防水表了，可用于日常梳洗或雨中使用,但主要是为了防止机芯被灰尘和湿气损坏。30米防水，专业人士的讲解是，每平方公分面积可承受3公斤的压力,约静止状态下相当于水深30米的压力，等同于3个大气压的压力.对我们普通消费者来说,我们只要记住30m,是防水表最基本初级的就可以了；

(4)50米防水（50M、5ATM、5BAR）：手表上有"50M"字样的表，即50米防水表，是消费者心目里真正意思上防水表，可用于游泳及一般家务防水的手表。切记勿在水中调校表把；

(5)潜水表(100米防水，200米防水，300米防水等)是专业防水表，可用于游泳和潜水等水下工作。

温馨提醒：

1、任何防水表都不宜带着接触热水、水蒸气（如洗热水浴、桑拿等）；

2、尽量避免在温度变化很大的环境中使用，温差会使表内空气中的水分凝结，从而引起进水和表内出现水雾结如发生手表内有雾气，请尽快到专业的手表维修部进行清洗及保养；

3、手表毕竟是精密仪器，请爱护使用。良好的使用习惯可以让你的爱表寿命增长，陋习会让爱表寿命缩短。
